Seems like the Qualifier Tour is there to just appease 70% of the volleyball players that pay $50/event + flight + hotel + car + food, etc. There isn't any actual outreach or promotion of it. Like the last event at Ocean Beach, last minute switch from CBVA event to AVP Qualifier. You can feel the sentiment at the events among the players that thought they were part of something bigger and now get 4 chances to live their dream.
